Our Team

Phillip Hemans, CEO/CFO
Phillip Hemans joined nSightful Resource Management in 2005 as full partner.

Phillip has over 20 years experience in operating management, consulting and corporate finance. Prior to joining the nSightful Group, Phillip served senior officer roles (COO, CFO and CEO) for both private and public market Canadian corporations operating across Canada, the US and Asia. His experience spans the financial services, manufacturing and consulting sectors.

Early in his career, Phillip held various executive positions of increasing importance in the financial services sector with both boutique and national based financial services companies where he became COO and CFO of IDA member firms.

He is a chartered accountant and an alumnus of PriceWaterhouseCoopers.

Brad Johnson — Chief Operating Officer, President
With over 20 years of consulting and industry experience, Brad provides Project Management as well as Enterprise Architecture services to assist clients in the implementation of custom and ERP applications. Brad has been engaged in projects ranging from 10 to 100 team members and budgets to over $20 million.

Prior to founding nSightful, Brad was one of the founding members of the PeopleSoft practice at Deloitte & Touche, Management Solutions. He has had extensive experience directing large ERP projects utilizing high-performance software solutions from PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP, JD Edwards and Siebel. Brad's experience includes leading teams for Finance, HRMS, EPM, and CRM engagements.
